It's alot harder for my Nevada Process servers to get licensed and it cost them more because of government restrictions & regulations. This means higher prices for serving documents here. I just talked to one of my servers in Vegas who told me just briefly what he had to go through to get his office set up and I was just amazed. Nevada requires some of the most stringent record keeping and licensing in the industry.

Remember, if you need a Notary for your Affidavit of Service it is $20, you need to let us know!

Charges apply to each defendant, witness or respondent being served with the legal document you need a proof or affidavit of service for.

Please send with your request:
1. Extra copies of the service document.
2. A cover letter explaining the work to be done on your letterhead.
3. Any special affidavits/proofs to be completed for your court of venue.
4. As much descriptive information on the servee as possible.
